FAQs

We have designed the workouts to easily fit into any lifestyle. Traveling? Have kids? Hold three jobs? The protocols are short, and there is no equipment necessary!

WHAT IF I HAVE A CRAZY SCHEDULE?

Yes! The workouts are designed so that you set your own baselines and go from there!

I HAVE NEVER EVEN RUN A MILE, CAN I DO THIS?

The program is 2.5 to 3 hours total per week. Each week you will receive one extended workout averaging about 1 hour long and 2 condensed workouts, averaging 30 - 45 minutes.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL TIME COMMITMENT?

Two main things: 1) You are good enough 2 )This training program will be difficult-- that's the point. But if you are willing to work hard, commit to the training and push yourself, you will succeed. This is about pushing through your own limits, taking it to your individual next level.

I AM NERVOUS I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH/IT WILL BE TOO HARD FOR ME.
